Bi'istow on the motion °f Mr Helmore. _Tn Ethel '.Maude Thomson - Phillips Thompson ('Mr A. Donmily), in divorce. leave was given to dispense with personal service. In William Senble v. Alice Seohle. in divorce, (Mr Strimrcr, K. 0.) a petition for permanent alimony was granted by consent nt the rate of 10s a week. Leave to sell real estate wa.s given in tho ease of William O'.Roarke (Mill el mo re.) In E. E. Digbv ayd others v. M. O. O. Digby and another (Mr Rowe) a summons for eomrnision to take evidence was granted by consent.
