Bi'istow on the motion °f Mr Helmore. _Tn Ethel '.Maude Thomson - Phillips Thompson ('Mr A. Donmily), in divorce. leave was given to dispense with personal service. In William Senble v. Alice Seohle. in divorce, (Mr Strimrcr, K. 0.) a petition for permanent alimony was granted by consent nt the rate of 10s a week. Leave to sell real estate wa.s given in tho ease of William O'.Roarke (Mill el mo re.) In E. E. Digbv ayd others v. M. O. O.
