Petroleum developments along the All-red route showed it was possible to maintain ample, supplies along the Empire's ocean routes. He advocated the nso of obsolete battleships as oil tanks. LONDON UNIVERSITY. An addition £77,000 has been given to the London University, including tho £25,000 from the Duke of Bedford.
