CO-ORDINATION OF THE FORCES United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 22, 10 a.m.) LONDON. March. 21.
Lord Esher, in a paper rend before the Royal United Service Institution, on " Co-ordination of the Naval and Military Services," declared that the Imperial Defence Committee provided tho most effective mcthrd yet devised. He hoped to seo tho dominions sending representatives Home, and thus taking a long stop towards tho federation of tho Empire. Ties -with tho overseas dominions, were, ho added, mainly sentimental, although recent indications went to show tho dominions' willingness to assist in tho defence of tho Empire. 'lf there wore any attempt to co-ordinato stragetio plans, it was not impossible that it would prove disastrous.
