At the .Magistrate's Court to-day Frederick Butterfteld, licensee of tho Wimbledon Hotel, was fined £lO and co«ts £22 Pa, and his license was endorsed, for permitting drunkenness on his premises. The case arose out of tho suicido of a half-caste some weeks ago.
