The Pekin con-espoudent of the "Daily Telegraph" reports that Government despatches admit that the rebels recaptured Hankau, the HanTanc and "Wuchang forts being unfaceable The casualties on both sides were very heavy. ■ PEKIN, November 7. f A Shanghai telegram states, that ''Amoy is in the hands of the revolutionaries and is in a state of anarchy, also all the towns upon the railway from Shanghai to Chinhiang. # In© revolutionary troops are receiving , twelve taels a month compared with the Imperialists' four and a half taels. i A Rangoon telegram says that the iiroops at Tingvueh, on the border of Bnrmah, mutinied, looted the treasury and killed General Oiling, the Taotai, and other, Taotais. Talifu, Yungchang and Yunnanfu also were captured and nil the officials murdered.
