A Pekin message says that "Wu-ting-fang, the former Minister to Washington, has joined "the revolutionists, and Sucb.au, Hangchu, Sungkiang and Wuslmg have joined the movement. Taku Tientsin will probably make attacks on Yuan-shi-kai in the Assembly, which is provisional. They accuse him of arrogating excessive powers. ANOTHER DEFECTION. A Pekin message says that three of Admiral Sab's gunboats, wFicb- were sent to Shanghai for provisions and ammunition, havo joined the rebels.
