[Pep. Press Association.] WELLINGTON, November G. Ereni to Awo Awe applied to the Supremo Court for an originating summons requiring the District Land Registrar to cancel the registration of tho entry of an Order-in-Couneil prohibiting tho private alienation of 240 acres of tho Mtiugatainoka block, near Pahiatua, on tho ground, that the Order-in-Council was not within the statutory authority, inasmuch as a previous Order-in-Cnuncil had expired. Tho registration of the Order-in-Council was held to be invalid and Ereni's application was granted.
