A Pekin message says that the i Throne has ordered Yuan-ahi-kai's return to the Assembly, and has telegraphed to Li-Yuan-Shiug, urging the suspension of hostilities pending the negotiations for peace. CONTRACTS REPUDIATED. A Pekin message says that the Cotjton Yarn Guild has authorised the repudiation of forward contracts, owing to the dislocation of trade arising from the revolution. LI YUAN HUNG AND THE IMj PERIALISTS. NEGOTIATIONS PENDING. (Received November 3, 12.30 p.m.) It is reported from Pekin that Li jfuan Hung has agreed, to negotiate ■with the Imperialists. , YUAN-SHI-KAI'S SONS. Yuan-Shi-Kai has sent four of his 1 sons to the London Missionary Society's College at Tientsin.
