Reid presided at the Sphint Club dinner, at which the subject of aviation was discussed. Mr Roger Wallace, K.C.. president of the Aero Club, stated that forty-sevcil officers had gained its certificate. • THE OCEAN TO OCEAN RACE. A New York message says that Rfldgers has arrived at Tucson, Arizona, on tho last lap of tho ocean to ocean flight. Ho met Fowler ther*, but tho latter has been making poor headway.
