Sir William M'Milian, in an address to the British Empire League, referring to the Stead interview, said that they had not to consider Tv&sther tho sentiments emanated eith«E> from Mr Fisher or from Mr Stead, but, coming from a public man, such sentiments should be condemned, and the sooner the belief in the loyalty of the Australians to the Empire was recreated, the better.
