The executive of the Canterbury branch of the Navy League met last evening. There were present Mr X. C. Stavelev (chairman), Mesdames Boyle, Cross, 131unt and Robinson and "Mr C. J. Treleaven (honorary secretary). The matter rt' delegates to the dominion conference was left in the hands of the president, with,newer to act. Tt was agreed to secure a" wreath for Nelson's Column 011 Trafalgar Day, and to limit the expenditure to £5.
