A fireball fell at St lvilda and extinguished all the electric lights in the vicinity. Several persons in ncaiby buildings were rendered speechless for a few minutes. SCHOOL TEACHERS. The State school teachers at a mass meeting decided not to rest until salaries wore increased. A paid organiser was appointed.
