A TRIBUTE TO ME. SEDDON. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received July 4, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, July 3. Lord Plunket, speaking at the launch of the dominion's Dreadnought on Friday, paid a tribute to the late Mr Richard Seddon's services to the Empire. Seventy New Zealanders, who were the guests of the British Empire League, witnessed the launching, afterwards visiting the Trossachs.
