About 15,000 doctors have endorsed the British Medical Association's policy towards the National Insurance. Bill. (.Received June 15, 10 a.m.) THE DECLARATION OF LONDON. Mr Asquith has' received from the Imperial Maritime League a letter signed by hity-ono admirals, protestins against the ratification of the Declaration of London. Altogether 102 admirals bare protested. NAVAL PRIZES BILL. Sir Edward Grey has introduced a Bill to consolidate and amend the enactments relating to naval prizes, and n Bill amending tho laws relating to international tribunals and neutrality, thus enabling him. to carry out tho spirit of the Declaration of London.
