LIEUTENANT FILCHNER'S EXPEDITION.

A Hamburg message says that Princ« Henry of Prussia inspected the exploring ship Deutschland. The expedition has supplies to cover a period of three years and a half. It will sail from Buenos Ayres on May 7.
