NICARAGUA REVOLT.

A Bluefields message says that Managua was captured by Jose Estrada, to whom Miulviz handed over the government. He has issued a proclamation declaring his brother Juan Estrada President, and announcing the Republic has been reunited. Tho revolutionists are now pouring into Managua.
