OTTAWA, August 4
Replying to an address from a German delegation at Regina, who pledged their sons to join the Canadian Navy, Sir Wilfrid Laurier said that he did not believe there was danger of war between Germany and Britain. Why, in the name of commonserise and international relations, he asked, should Germany quarrel with Britain, her best friend ?
