Her parents have again cabled imploring her to confess. , , Inspector Drew was closeted tvi Miss li 6 Neve for two hours and secured a full statement, including details pf the flight and wanderings. Miss .be Neve instated i that 'Crippen was not guilty. Afterwards she cabled to her mother that she had complied with her request to tell the police everything. Inspector Drew says that Miss _ Le v'seve's - statement is sufficient to clear her. The foolish girl is-absolutely fascinated by Crippen.
; A RUMOUR ED CONFESSION. LONDON, August 3. There are persistent reports at Quebec that Crippen has confessed to killing his, Wife during a quarrel arising out of lier jealousy of Miss Le Neve.
