Drunkkknkss. —Three Eist offenders for drunkenness were each fined 5s and costs ; in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment.—James M'Grath, a statutory second offender, was lined 10s and costs, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. Land Agents' Charges. —C. A. Lees and Co (Mr Mills) claimed £2 7s from F. Whitoombo, a proportion of rates and £1 charge for preparing the agreement to mil-chase.
