THE DANGER OF THE ILLNESS. LONDON, May 7. The physician who attended King Edawrd at Marienbed, interviewed on Friday, stated that tho lato King's age and full habit involved more danger in case of bronchial catarrh than in ordinary cases. His constitution was robust, but his Majesty did not take care of himself. He especially objected to remaining in bed. ROME. May 7. The Pope on Friday remarked that he offered his heart-folt prayers for King Edward's speedy recovery.
