AMUSEMENTS.

FULLER'S PICTURES. Notwithstanding the unfavourable weather last evening, the Colosseum was filled by a very enthusiastic audience on the occasion of the weekly change of programme of Fuller's Pictures. The new films were quite up to the standard set by the firm, and included many subjects that wore staged with marked ability, as well as several magnificent scenic films. " Bear Hunting in .the Arctic" gave a series of realistic photographs taken from a bear-hunting vessel in the packice. The film concluded with a magnificent study showing the midnight sun. Numerous peeps at the beauty-spots of Norway constituted another excellent film in which, the most noted glacier of that country was shown. A coloured dramatic film, which introduced some quaint Dutch scenery, was entitled "The Mill." "The Cork Industry" and "Breeding Poultry" were two instructive films with a good deal to be admired in them. A pretty little fairy story in real life was shown with the aid of an army of dwarfs, and a clever dramatic adaptation from '' Les Miserables" entitled "The Galley Slave" was also well handled. The American Bioscope Company's popular company of artists was introduced in a dramatic story of prison life in the United States, "Was Justice Served?" and a French film, " The Devil-Woman," had quite as strong a theme in the temptation and ultimate recovery of a young man who endeavoured to poison his father. Several highly-amusing films helped to make up a well-selected progiamme. The pictures will be shown again this evening. HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. There was a large attendance at His Majesty's Theatre last evening, when the Pathe Pictures continued a very successful week's entertainment, the principal film being a descriptive maritime drama entitled "Before the Mast." The pictures will be repeated this evening.

OPERA HOUSE

The Empire Vaudeville Company repeated the week's programme at the Opera House last evening before a large audience, all the items being encored. "The Klimos," in their athletic comedy turn, again aroused much enthusiasm, and. among the other artists Mr Ward. Lear occupied the most popular place. The programme will be repeated this evening.
