Ex-Councillor William Young, Kings-ton-on-Thames, has been sentenced to throe years' penal servitude for stealing £6600 of the funds of a Workmen's Club Building .Society. The books practically had not been audited for (seventeen years. Fiveash, the Society's auditor, has since committed suicide.
