RAILWAY ACCIDENT.

PORTER RUN OVER AT . LYTTELTONI This afternoon a very distressing raii^ way accident occurred at the LytteKonl railway yard, a porter named T. One leg was terribly mangledy ancL the other, \while, not actually xvm over, was badly crushed by 'the wheels*. The victim waß taken at once to th* -s casualty ward, where it was necessary to at once amputate the more seriously} injured' leg. The other one, it was hoped, would, be saved. ; The injure* man is married, and has a family.-
