— — ♦ ■ : [Per Press AssoclmbN.] AUCKLAND, April 10. Mr George Easten, Government Audit Inspector, who lias been twentyfive years in, the Government service, died on Thursday night. GISBORNE, April 10. Mr Arthur Devery, an old settler, died yesterday, as the result of a fall from his horse. His wife predeceased him a few weeks ago. DUNEDIN, April 10. The death is announced of Mr Allan Holmes, barrister, for many years a prominent figure in local golfing and cricketing circles. The death i© announced of Mr Thomas Coull, printer, l - head of the firm of Coull' and Culling.
