Some years ago; before Queen Vio-r - toria's death and about title tone that the Queen's Jubilee was to be oelebnated, the following conversation between , two old women was heard at a street ' corner one day.: i'Can you tell me, Mrs Keeue, wha* it is they call a jubitee?" "Well, it is this," said her neighbour.
