4 SHIPPING DISORGANISED. [Peh Pbkss Association.] GISBORNE. August 7. The south-easterly gal© continued with unabated force this morning, though the overhead weath.er has cleared. Owing to a tremendous sea running shipping movements have been entirely suspended. The Mokoia, arrived from Auckland at .ten o last ni#it, was itlstructed to proceed on the voyage, and left for Napier at 930 a.m; The Floxa also put out to eea. The Tyser steamer, JS T ereliana, which left the roadstead on Wednesday night, has not yet returned, and there is no sign of the Hawea from Newcastle. , ' .
