Mr Morriman, tho Premier, replied sympathetically. , Mr_ Viljoen's resolution expressing tho opinion that the reasons given for the Australian restrictions on the importation of Cape^ forage were unsatisfactory, and that if restrictions were necessary in Australia^ similar reasons existed for restricting the entry of Australian produce into the Cape, was agreed to without dissent.
