" CINDERELLA."

At His Majesty's Theatre this evening Messrs Anderson and Sheridan will inaugurate the Ohristchurch season of the Drury Lane pantomime " Cinderella," which they have been playing with conspicuous success in other centres of £he dominion. The story on which the pantomime is built is that of Cinderella, but a very considerable portion of the action is concerned with the adventures of the Baroness Bounder, who is the stepmother of the Cinderella of the pantomime. The role of the Baroness is filled by Mr John F # Sheridan, and it is said tihat he finds almost as favourable a place in the pantomime as he used to do in one of his best' known and most delightful impersonations, that of the widow O'Brien. The company engaged in the production is a very laTge one and in addition to elaborate setting and dressing " Cinderella " gives scope for the inclusion of many charming features, chief among which are the Porcelain March arid a series of ballets by children. The plan of seats is at Messrs Milner and Thompson's. There will b© a matinee pn Wednesday afternoon.
