The Seamen's Compensation Bill, in* troduced in the House, provides for compensation for injuries received whik serving under the Commonwealth ar« tides. Seamen whoso average weekly earnings amount to £5, or members o\ a crew sharing in profits, are exempted from the operation of the Bill.
