A claim has been filed in the Arbitration Court, under the Workers' Compensation for Accident® Act, by William Whiteside against J. T. Cook, baker. The claimant states that ho was engaged in the delivery of bread, and was pulled off the cart by the horse, dislocating his hip. He has been permanently disabled, and claims £300 in compensation for the injury.
