In the case of Page versus Walker, the claimant to: the Pago estate in Middlesex, the plaintiff sought an injunction restraining the defendant from interfering with his possession of a farm in the parish of Kingsbury. Mr Justice Eve, in dismissing the case with costs, declared that the action was based on shadowy evidence and reckless statements. He said that he wished that ho had power to stop such proceedings.
