TRIBUTES IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. United Press Association — By Electrio Telegraph— Copyright. LONDON, April 28. The Kings of Denmark and Norway pent special representatives. All the great Nonconformist committees were represented. The Archbishop of Canterbury and the Dean of Westminster conducted the service. Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman's body was subsequently conveyed to Belmont Castle. Many marks of respect were shown on the journey. Mr Asquith, in the House of Commons, made a touching and eloquent fculogy, dwelling specially on the moral Bid© of Sir Henry Campbeli-Banner-Wn's nature, and describing him as an idealist and optimist in politics. Mr Akere Douglas and Mr T. P. D'Connor and Mr Henderson, on behalf ty labour, paid tributes of respect.
