POLITICAL PRISONERS ESCAPE. United Press Association—By Electrib Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 16. Reuter's St Petersburg correspondent states that eleven political prisoners imprisoned at Penza, after killing two warders and wounding a third, escaped to the roof through a hole in. the ceiling of their cell. While they were lowering themselves with ropes made of bedclothes a warder shot one. The others flung a powerful bomb and succeeded in reaching the, open country. The guards hotly pursued and killed seven of the fugitives, but three escaped. ______________
