At 5 p.m. the scores were as follow: — First round: Watson 2, Bruce 0, Lucas 1, Boreham 1, Hilliker 1, Brodie 1, Hutton 2, Butterfield 0, Murdoch U Tibbies 1, Gardiner 1, Scott lj second round: Brodie 2, Butterfield 0, Tibbies li, Jarvis *.
