DINIZULU'S TRIAL.
AN APPLICATION REFUSED

DURBAN, April 17.
The Supreme Court of Natal has refused an application by Dinizulu for the removal of Mr Bennett, the Magistrate who is conducting the preliminary examination, on the ground of illegalities. The Court denied the right of the public or Press to be present at the examination.
