LONDON, April 17
Five cx-Governor&-General of Canada are proposing that the British public should subscribe a quarter of a million towards a Dominion scheme to convert the battlefields of Quebec into a public park. A preliminary meeting at the Mansion House wa* well supported. The Lord Mayor said that no doubt the appeal would be successful.
