THE ARBITRATION ACT.
(Received April 16, 10.55 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 16. The High Court decided that the Federal Conciliation and Arbitration law has no jurisdiction to settle disputes in regard to wages and conditions of employment on foreign trading ships.
