MR H. J. PALMER IN WELLING-

[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 15. Among the passengers from Sydney by the Moerakr this morning was Mr H. J. Palmer, manager of the New Zealand profession football team which lately toured "North England. Mr Palmer left the team in. Australia, where they have a number of matches to play, and has come to New Zealand for a brief business visit. Mr Palmer stated that the men. each received more than the amount of £216 already mentioned, but he could not give information on. trie subject in the absence of direct authority from the committee of management.
