ELLERSLIE TRAINING NOTES.
[Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, April 15. A heavy fog overhung the Ellerslie course. Fortunately it was an off-morning, and tho majority of the horses were restricted to easy pacing. Yesterday's new arrivals include Gold Crest and Marguerite, who ran nine furlongs on the sand, the last six in lmin 20 2-ssec. King Billy ran Eeven furlongs on the sand in lmin 34sec, assisted by Aborigine in the concluding stages.
