THE NEW CABINET.
NEWSPAPER COMMENT. United Preßs Association — By Eleotrio Telegraph — Copyright. (Received April 14, 8.9 a.m.) LONDON, April 13. The "Daily Mail" states that Mr M'Kenna's promotion has aroused a storm of criticism, even in Liberal circles. He is supposed to be a "Little Navy " man. The " Mail " thinks that Lord Orewe is likely to act fairly, and on safe and cautious lines. The " Standard " rejoices in Mr Winston Churchill's removal from the Colonial Office since he contrived to irritate the statesmen of every self-governing colony, except the two who lately fought against the Sovereign.
