A CHANGE OF ROUTE. United Press Association — By Electrio Telegraph — Copyright. (Received April 14, 8.29 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 13. Owing to a thaw in Alaska rendering the route impracticable, it has been eliminated from the New York to Paris race, the motorists going by Vladivostock.
