EASTER HOLIDAYS.
Good Friday.— A close holiday will be observed at all post offices. Mails for despatch on Good Friday -will close at 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 16. . Easter Monday.— All post offices mil do open in all "branches (except the money order and savings bank department) from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The south express mails will close at 9.30 a.m. The letter-carriers will not make a delivery on either Good Friday or Easter Monday, but a delivery of 'all correspondence will be made over the public counter at the chief post office on Thursday, April 16, and on Saturday, April 18, between 7.30 and 8.30 p.m. A complete delivery by letter-carriers -will be made on Saturday afternoon, April 18. 8.
