SATISFACTION IN AMERICA. TOKIO, March 23. Gratification is expressed everywhere in Japan at America's acceptance of the invitation _&- the fleet to visit a Japanese port. The newspapers de-clare.-that the visit will afford an opportunity of showing the sincerity of Japanese friendship for the United Statesi LONDON, March 23. The New York correspondent of the " Times " reports that few events have been hailed with more genuine satisfaction on the part of the entire people and Press than the visit of the fleet to Japan. Even .the New York " Sun " declares that it is satisfactory to see, instead of distrust, a feeling of international good-will and mutual confidence. ' =-__=____=_
