THE LABOUR PARTY. United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright LONDON, December 23. Mr P. Snowden, M.P., speaking at Almondbury, declared that the Labour party's motive power, Socialism, was the greatest power in Britain. Already a million, organised workers subscribed to its funds. Within two months another half million would be affiliated, also by then the whole trade union movement would be affiliated with the national Labour party.
