* b [Per Prkss Association.] v AUCKLAND, December 19. g Advices were received to-day that t Messrs Bucknall Bros, of London, have p withdrawn from the cargo steamsnip g service between New Zealand and Can- c ada, ,and their steamers, thePbndo ani Bucentaur, u-'ive been recalled to England.. The seivice is now in the hands of the Den of Ogil Company, Limitei, p under the management of Messrs f Charles Barrie and Sons, of Dundee, * whose fleet consists of Den of Airlie P (5000 tons), Den of Crombie, Den of h Kelly, Den of Mainis and Den of. Ogil (all 6000 tons), and Den . of Ruthyen (5000 tons). Tne last-named steamer, is now en route to Wellington, and after leaving there will proceed to Auckland; p where she is expected on December 26. n She is timed to leave Auckland on De- a cember 28 for Vancouver via Honolulu.
