Deduction in postage on inland post-cards,. letter-cards, regS^SnSftg 1 " 8 ' iND IN On and after December 16, 1907, the rate for inland post-cards will be aa follows-— Single *a reply Id. To places beyond New Zealand, Postal Union rates will continue to be charged, namely, single Id, reply 2d. On and after January 1, 1908. the postage on inland letters and letter-cards will be Id for the first 4oz or fraction thereof, and Jd for each succeeding 2oz or fraction thereof. Tho postage on inland registered magazines will bo reduced from the latter dat« to Id for each copy not exceeding 16oz, and 13 for each additional 16oz or fraction thereof.
