A [P*k Pbkss Asso __rio_.] NAPIER, August 15. The balance-sheet of the Napier Park Racing Club, wbich wasi submitted to tbe annual meeting- to-day, discloses a very satisfactory position. Last, year commenced with an overdraft of £685, and finished with a credit of £248, while upwards of £250 was spent on improvements. A proposal is made to increase the stakes for the coming year.
