The official Duma returns from 454 communes in a score of provinces 6how the peasants' choice. Out of 908 delegates, 206 belong to the Right, which represents the Monarchists ; 631 are Moderates ; and 71 belong to the Left. Apparently two-thirds of the peasants oppose, and one-third favour, compulsory expropriation.
