TO-DAY'S MARKETS.

HORSES. Horses sold well this afternoon, bestdraughts bringing from £20 to £25 10s, and aged draughts from £18 to ,£22. A fair number of hacks were knocked down at from £5 to £10. PIGS AND POULTRY. Owing to the wet weather there was a small entry of pigs, but the selling was brisk. Suckers and weaners brought from lis to 16s. There was a very large entry of poultry, and a fairly good sale resulted. Good roosters sold at from 4s Gd to 5s 6d, smaller roosters from 2s 6d to 4s 3d; good ducklings brought from 3s 9d to 4s 6d, smaller ducklings from 2s 6d to 3s (M; geese sold at from 3s 9d to 4s 9d.
