GUNPOWDER ON A BURNING TRUCK.
• A PLUCKY PORTER. United Press Association— By Electric I Telegraph— Copyright. (Received December 21, 9.25 a.m.) HOBART, December 21. A truck containing ten barrels of gunpowder caught fire whilo travelling on a train to Latrobe. The outside of one of the barrels was burning, but a porter named Williams pluckily extinguished the fire.
